RVN: โThe Information War surrounding Q and QAnonโ ๐
Narrative:
Q was a dangerous conspiracy movement (QAnon) full of violent extremists who believed in a satanic elite abusing children. It was a threat to democracy.
Reality:
What started as anonymous cryptic posts on 4chan grew into a worldwide phenomenon. But it was quickly hijacked and distorted.
Mainstream media and Big Tech created a new label: QAnon.
This label was used as a broad brush to paint anyone asking questions about:
Child trafficking and elite abuse
Corruption in the deep state
Media manipulation
โฆas dangerous lunatics.
The real information war
Platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) began mass-censoring Q-related content.
Media consistently called it โQAnonโ and linked it to violence, while most โAnonsโ were peacefully doing research.
The term โQAnonโ became an all-purpose smear: anything that didnโt fit the official narrative was thrown into it.
This was not an organic reaction. This was a coordinated effort to demonize and isolate a decentralized movement that was critically examining power.
The irony
While QAnon was portrayed as dangerous, many of the underlying claims (Epstein, elite networks, censorship, corruption) were later confirmed. But the label stuck.
OIM Way Out
This is exactly why we need verifiable, decentralized systems.
When central institutions (media, tech, government) work together to enforce a narrative, independent thinking and research become essential.
Q (and the Anons) were an early example of what we are now trying to build further: people who think for themselves, verify for themselves, and refuse to blindly trust institutions.
Question to you
Was Q really a dangerous movement, or was a movement asking uncomfortable questions systematically criminalized?
Tomorrow (Day 4 โ Finale): The bigger meaning of Q and the connection with Trump.
