RVN: The stretching of concepts – keep the words sharp
Three days of the same pattern.
First the mechanism: words acquire moral charge, are stretched or narrowed, and lose their sharpness.
Then the letters: LGB remained, the meaning did not.
Then the layer beneath: once you have gone along, you often cannot go back without losing face.
The jab. The letters. The farmer told that resistance is pointless.
Today the close.
Not another example.
What we can do about it.
What does not work
Taking over the camp.
Answering every stretched word with an even more stretched counter-word.
Forcing people into a confession.
That is the same game.
Only in different colours.
What does work
Pull the terms apart.
Every time.
Is it about orientation or about identity?
About adults or about minors?
About state tasks or about informal care?
About renaming a lake or about redefining a sex?
Then say that.
Not the block. Not the umbrella. Not the label.
A precise question forces a precise answer.
A question that drags in the whole moral package only produces camps.
Camps need loyalty.
Not a hash verifier.
The way out
Build in parallel.
Own definitions you can check.
Open data instead of moral blackmail.
Room to change your mind without handing in your entire past.
That is not a call to indifference.
It is the only way to make language testable again.
Whoever fills in the words fills in reality.
Whoever keeps them sharp keeps an exit open.
Question for you
Which word will you pull apart this week when it comes past again as a block?
