In recent weeks we saw Fauci invoke the Fifth Amendment 111 times, the release of his diary, the contempt vote, and the silence about the color of his tie.
Now new texts have surfaced.
The texts (August 10, 2026)
Senators Rand Paul and Ron Johnson released messages from Fauci’s government-issued iPhone.
In January 2021 he wrote to Rochelle Walensky and Vivek Murthy:
“Since many people have significant cytokines storm and fever after the 2nd dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.”
Privately: a theoretical risk of miscarriage after the second dose.
Publicly: “no red flags,” pregnant women should get vaccinated, nothing to worry about.
That is not nuance.
That is a deliberate gap between what they knew and what they said.
From 72 to 11
On the same day, Trump signed an executive order reducing the core childhood vaccine recommendations to 11 immunizations.
The old U.S. schedule was often counted as up to ±72 injections (combination shots, boosters, annual flu and Covid doses included).
Now only the core remains: the most serious diseases.
Other vaccines move to high-risk categories or “shared clinical decision-making” between doctor and parent.
This is a correction.
Not because “anti-vaxxers” were right, but because the old schedule was an international outlier and public trust has been structurally damaged.
The pattern
First maximum pressure, maximum claims, maximum silence about risks.
Years later: the texts, the diaries, the contempt proceedings, and the scaling back of the schedule.
What was discussed in private stayed hidden in public.
What was presented as “the science” turned out to be selective.
