RVN: Florida Investigates Fauci – and the Autopen Pardon Is Shaky

Yesterday we looked at Fauci’s diary.
Today we turn to something narrative-pushers prefer to forget quickly: Florida has opened its own criminal investigation.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced right after the Senate hearing that his office is investigating Fauci.
Important detail: a presidential pardon only covers federal offenses.
State charges are not included.

Why is he really staying silent?

Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times.
That is not a sign of innocence.

If his pardon were solid and unassailable, he could have simply answered the questions.
Instead, he systematically refused to speak.
The most logical explanation: he understands that the pardon (signed with an autopen) is legally shaky and could potentially be challenged or voided.
Without that protection, Rand Paul and others could put him in serious trouble.

The autopen issue

The January 19, 2025 pardon was, according to multiple reports, not signed by Biden’s own hand but executed with an autopen by staff.
Trump has repeatedly stated that documents signed this way may be contestable or even invalid.

The uncomfortable question

If Fauci truly was “the science” and did nothing wrong…
why did he need a preemptive pardon in the first place?

And if he believed that pardon was strong enough, why didn’t he just answer the questions openly?

The bigger picture

This is not a closed chapter.
This is a file that returns in waves.

OIM way forward

Powerful people count on the public having a short attention span.
That is exactly why we keep documenting this systematically.

Question to you

When someone who claimed to embody science needs a pardon and systematically refuses to answer under oath…
what does that say about the strength of the official story?
