RVN: Lawyer wants complaints against “Morocco = mocro mafia” ⚖️
Peter C. Schouten (@SchoutenLegal), criminal defence lawyer, has had enough.
He announces he will file complaints against people who say:
Morocco is the country of the mocro mafia
Moroccans often steal
Antilleans live off welfare and their youth is heavily involved in crime
His solution? An “internet patrol”, more complaints and a “legal jaw clamp” (up to 1 year in prison) for group defamation.
This is not the rule of law. This is ideological repression.
What he is really saying:
Facts and CBS statistics may no longer be mentioned if they are uncomfortable.
Patterns that everyone can see with their own eyes must be silenced under threat of prosecution.
This is exactly Jacques Presser’s prediction
The new fascism wears no black uniform.
It wears a lawyer’s robe, calls itself “anti-racist” and uses the law to silence the truth.
The big lie
They call it “fighting hate”.
In reality they are fighting reality.
Because the overrepresentation of certain migrant groups in crime is not an opinion — it is hard, official data from CBS and the Justice Department.
OIM way out
We will not be silenced:
Facts are not hate.
Mentioning patterns is not racism.
A lawyer who wants to prosecute citizens for seeing what everyone sees is not a defender of the rule of law — he is an activist with a stamp.
Time to speak louder, not softer.
Question to you
Should the state punish people for mentioning crime statistics by origin?
Or should we be allowed to look honestly at reality?
The jaw clamp is coming.
Do we stay silent? Or do we speak up louder?
