Hubzilla is a powerful, decentralized platform with social networking, cloud storage, blogs, and nomadic identity — your data travels with you, wherever you go.

Step 1 – Choose a hub

Step 2 – Create an account
Step-by-step
- Go to the website of your chosen hub
- Click “Register” or “New account”
- Fill in username, email, and password
- Complete the registration (sometimes moderated, sometimes immediate)
- Verify your email → done!
Step 3 – Set up your profile and identity
Make it powerful
- Use a profile picture and bio
- Add channels (Hubzilla supports multiple identities)
- Enable nomadic identity — you can always move without losing data
- Connect to other networks (Mastodon, Diaspora, etc.)
Step 4 – Make connections
Hubzilla connects to almost everything
- Search and add contacts from the Zot network
- Connect to fediverse (Mastodon, Friendica)
- Import contacts from other systems
Step 5 – Make your first post
Post a message, photo, or file — Hubzilla distributes it across your networks.
You now have a full, portable digital presence.
